A slow, steady practice during which passive poses are held for between 3 – 5 minutes. It works deeply into the connective tissue and fascia in the body and complements more dynamic forms of yoga.

YIN + MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
Myofascial Release is a soft tissue therapy designed to loosen the connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, fascia) surrounding and supporting the body’s myofascial. It is a very effective tool to address chronic muscle tightness.
RELEASE + UNWIND
Find balance between the movement and stillness, the outward and the inner. Relieve stress and anxiety; grow the inner connection.

A flowing, movement-based class designed to stimulate the internal organs and support the body's natural detox process through sweaty asana practice and cleansing breath-work (pranayama).
YIN / YANG
Yin/Yang yoga is a practice that balances the slow-paced Yin yoga with the traditional Yang yoga (dynamic vinyasa). Yin/Yang yoga practice uses both types of yoga to provide both physical and spiritual balance.

Each teacher has their own unique style but you can always look forward to a beautiful flow that will leave you feeling strong, supple and connected.
A physical and athletic lineage of yoga that links a set series of postures together with the breath. These classes build internal heat to purify the body and mind.
Lay the foundations to take flight. In these workshop style classes, our inversion master will lead you through strengthening drills to give you stability and balance in inverted postures.
In Rocket Yoga, you get to modify the traditional asana, creating your own interpretations and moving away from the rigidity of traditional Ashtanga practice. Expect to have fun!
For the more intermediate/advanced practitioner. Energising flows, with deep twists, backbends and inversions. Each week follows a similar sequence to allow the student to observe their progression.

Free Yoga with a soul. You can look forward to a movement based, open level flow taught by our Niya trained, newly qualified yoga teachers. Every week is a bit different to give you a broader yoga experience.
